Privacy Policy — QLink

QLink is provided by Next AI Gate (“we”, “us”, “our”). QLink signs you in with your Google account and uses the Google Drive API with the drive.file scope. This least-privilege scope allows QLink to create/upload files and access only those files QLink created or that you explicitly select. We do not request broad access to your Drive.
Data we process
- Basic Google profile (email) for authentication (OpenID Connect).
- PDF content that you choose to upload, which is stored in your Google Drive.
- Optional app preferences (e.g., language/theme) stored locally on your device.
How we use the data
- Upload your selected PDF to your Drive and fetch a shareable view link to generate a QR code.
- Optionally set the file permission to “Anyone with the link – Viewer” so your QR can be publicly viewable (you can change this anytime in Drive).
What we don’t do
- No sale of personal data. No advertising profiles.
- No server-side storage of your Drive content; files live in your Drive. We retain no copies of the files you upload.
- No reading or browsing of non-QLink files in your Drive.
Retention & deletion
- Files you upload via QLink remain in your Google Drive until you delete them.
- You can revoke QLink’s access at any time and delete any generated files/QRs from your Drive.
Your choices & control
- Revoke QLink’s access from Google Account › Security › Third-party access.
- Delete or change sharing of any file directly in Google Drive.
- Contact us to request or delete app support data (if any): support@nextaigate.com.
Security
We use OAuth 2.0 for sign-in and access tokens. Communication with Google APIs happens over HTTPS. QLink uses the minimal scopes necessary.
Google API Services User Data Policy
QLink complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. QLink’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to these requirements.
Children
QLink is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided us with personal information, contact us and we will address it.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.
